Bryan 'Scottie' Irving
President/Founder

Bryan is a fifth generation Washingtonian who has deep roots in the community. He graduated from Cardozo High School and Central State University in Ohio. In addition to community activism and organization, he also taught school at Kelly Miller Jr. High, Community Academy and Booker T. Washington Public Charter School. His passion for sports allowed him to have a successful 10 year career as the VP of Basketball and Football Recruitment with Business Arena sports marketing firm. Scottie is proud to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather, Alonzo Williams, who invested in DC real estate before the 1960s. He is deeply committed to the mission of affordable housing in DC.

George Mavrikes
Managing Partner/Founder

An area resident for 40 years, George has contributed to the local business community for close to a quarter of a century. In addition to his 16 year career as a certified sports agent, George has developed and coordinated real estate ventures since 1986. His aim? To deliver high end real estate to middle and lower income families. George's substantial contribution to the community through charity work augments a busy schedule serving on the boards of three local companies.

Scott Whittier
Managing Partner/Founder

Graduating from the University of Maryland in 1990, Scott followed his college career as a 4 year letterman and captain of the football team with 10 years in local real estate development. His extensive background in mortgage lending and private development makes him an ideal partner for the Blue Skye team. Scott is committed to building affordable housing and making the dream of homeownership attainable for DC's moderate income families.
