Condo Conversion Project

This project was a condo conversion representing 2 buildings and 28 units on Benning Road in SE Washington D.C.. The project was developed over a 12 month period and 90% of the subcontractors used were based in Washington D.C.. The units were built with premium finishes, all were sold out shortly after sales for the project were launched and approximately 70% of the purchasers were female.
