About Blue Skye Electrical - A/C/ Upgrade Project Blue Skye Construction has acted as a general contractor for both residential and commercial projects valued up to $8,000,000+. Recently, Blue Sky completed a five month, $8 million dollar Electrical and HVAC upgrade improvement project for the Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization. This project was executed using a design-build method with Blue Sky gathering and implementing the requirements for the project scope. Blue Skye also staffed consulting engineers throughout the projects life-cycle for continuous delivery of high-quality HVAC, design solutions and implementations. In 24 facilities around the District, Blue Skye installed and replaced over 460 window AC units. On the electrical side, Blue Skye worked diligently in eight different schools to provide the necessary facility improvement upgrades. Examples of these upgrades include the 4000 Switch Gear installation at Eastern High School and the 3000 Switch Gear installation at Stuart Hobson Middle School. Other improvements include extensive conduit installation and chiller repairs that were fulfilled on time and within budget of the project scope for the start of the new school year.
