Overview:The Bancroft Sharpe Swing Space project was a renovation of the C. Melvin Sharpe Health School to provide temporary housing fir teachers and students at Bancroft Elementary School while the school was under construction. Blue Skye Construction provided general contracting services for the project.

The scope of work included the selective demolition was performed throughout the building for new plumbing, mechanical, electrical and communication enhancements. The upgrades included providing new services to new equipment, IT closets and AC split system units CCTV security system. The existing auditorium was converted to a new dining hall and the kitchen received modernization upgrades.

The project other new features included replacing/refurbishing existing finishes doors/frames/hardware replacement, ADA restroom conversion and landscape remediation.
