Overview:The Congress Heights Playground & Recreation Center project was a total renovation.

The exterior renovation included a new modern playground, sports courts with enhanced site furnishings. The new design incorporated a bio-retention pond, permeable paving and the installation of an underground drainage system.
The internal renovation included a new split heating/cooling system, ADA compliant restrooms, installation of flooring, ceilings, and replacing windows

The total CBE participation for the Congress Heights project was 54%.
