Client: Community Builders, Inc. & Matthew’s Memorial Baptist Church

Overview:The Matthew’s Memorial Terrace Apartments project was a joint venture partnership with Bozzuto Construction. The construction consisted of a 5-story apartment building with a parking structure. The building has 110 units designed to meet/exceed the Enterprise Green Communities initiative standard, including Energy Star HVAC and appliances.

The Matthew’s Memorial Terrace Apartments was completed two months early and on budget.
