Overview:The Park 7 Apartments project was new construction of an apartment building. The project is a six-story, urban residential/ commercial building constructed of wood stud framing on concrete podium slabs. The project included the creation of 376 apartment units and 20,000 SF of ground level retail space.

Unit sizes range from studio to three bedroom apartments with such features as carpeted bedrooms, vinyl wood flooring, upgraded cabinets, granite countertops, and brushed steel appliances. Amenities provided were two courtyards, parking lot, fitness center, business center, lounge area, and community room with a full-service kitchenette. This project was a partnership with Donatelli Development.
